Il pr\u00e9sente des taux de fuite acceptables pour les tests de liquides et de gaz. Toutes les vannes construites selon les diff\u00e9rentes normes API doivent r\u00e9pondre aux crit\u00e8res de fuite API-598 avant d&#039;\u00eatre exp\u00e9di\u00e9es par le fabricant ou le fournisseur.<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;API 598 indique que pour les tests de coque et de si\u00e8ge arri\u00e8re, aucune fuite visible n&#039;est autoris\u00e9e. Si le fluide est un liquide, il ne doit y avoir aucune trace visible de gouttes ou de mouillage des surfaces externes (aucune fuite visible \u00e0 travers la carrosserie, la doublure de carrosserie, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, et le joint carrosserie-capot et aucun dommage structurel).<\/p>\n<p>Si le fluide d&#039;essai est de l&#039;air ou du gaz, aucune fuite ne doit \u00eatre r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9e par la m\u00e9thode de d\u00e9tection \u00e9tablie. Pour l&#039;essai de fermeture \u00e0 basse pression et l&#039;essai de fermeture \u00e0 haute pression, la preuve visuelle de fuite \u00e0 travers le disque, derri\u00e8re les bagues de si\u00e8ge ou au-del\u00e0 des joints d&#039;arbre (des vannes dot\u00e9es de cette caract\u00e9ristique) n&#039;est pas autoris\u00e9e (d\u00e9formation plastique des \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e9lastiques). les si\u00e8ges et les joints ne sont pas consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme des dommages structurels). Pour le test liquide, 0 goutte signifie aucune fuite visible pendant la dur\u00e9e minimale sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9e du test.
