Un corps de vanne moul\u00e9 est fabriqu\u00e9 en versant des m\u00e9taux liquides dans des moules et est courant pour les vannes de plus de 2 pouces de diam\u00e8tre. Un corps de vanne forg\u00e9 est produit par forgeage et usinage d&#039;acier massif. Les principales sp\u00e9cifications pour les mat\u00e9riaux du corps des vannes en acier moul\u00e9 sont ASTM A216 (WCA, WCB, WCC), ASTM A352 LCB\/LCC (basse temp\u00e9rature) et ASTM A351 CF8\/CF8M. La diff\u00e9rence concerne la technique de construction du mat\u00e9riau du corps de vanne, c&#039;est-\u00e0-dire le forgeage ou le moulage de l&#039;acier.<\/p>\n<p>Passons maintenant en revue les principaux mat\u00e9riaux moul\u00e9s du corps de vanne.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ASTM_A216_WCA_WCB_WCC_CARBON_STEEL_HIGH-TEMP\"><\/span>ASTM A216 WCA, WCB, WCC (ACIER AU CARBONE HAUTE TEMP.)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"fv\" align=\"justify\">Le\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.astm.org\/Standards\/A216.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sp\u00e9cification ASTM A216<\/a>\u00a0couvre 3 qualit\u00e9s d&#039;acier au carbone (<b>WCA, WCB,\u00a0<\/b>et<b>\u00a0COE<\/b>), qui pr\u00e9sentent de l\u00e9g\u00e8res diff\u00e9rences en termes de propri\u00e9t\u00e9s chimiques et m\u00e9caniques. Ces nuances pour corps de vannes moul\u00e9s correspondent aux tuyaux en acier au carbone des nuances A53, A106, API 5L.<\/p>\n<p>Les pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es en acier ASTM A216 doivent \u00eatre trait\u00e9es thermiquement et peuvent \u00eatre fabriqu\u00e9es dans des conditions recuites, normalis\u00e9es ou normalis\u00e9es et tremp\u00e9es.
