Un corpo valvola fuso viene prodotto versando metalli liquidi in stampi ed \u00e8 comune per le valvole con diametro superiore a 2 pollici. Un corpo valvola forgiato viene prodotto mediante forgiatura e lavorazione dell&#039;acciaio solido. Le specifiche chiave per i materiali del corpo delle valvole in acciaio fuso sono ASTM A216 (WCA, WCB, WCC), ASTM A352 LCB\/LCC (bassa temperatura) e ASTM A351 CF8\/CF8M. Questo \u00e8 tutto! La differenza riguarda la tecnica di costruzione del materiale del corpo valvola, ovvero forgiatura o fusione dell&#039;acciaio.<\/p>\n<p>Esaminiamo ora i principali materiali del corpo della valvola fusa.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ASTM_A216_WCA_WCB_WCC_CARBON_STEEL_HIGH-TEMP\"><\/span>ASTM A216 WCA, WCB, WCC (ACCIAIO AL CARBONIO AD ALTA TEMPERATURA)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"fv\" align=\"justify\">IL\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.astm.org\/Standards\/A216.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Specifica ASTM A216<\/a>\u00a0copre 3 gradi di acciaio al carbonio (<b>WCA, WCB,\u00a0<\/b>E<b>\u00a0WCC<\/b>), che presentano lievi differenze in termini di propriet\u00e0 chimiche e meccaniche. Questi gradi per i corpi delle valvole fusi corrispondono ai tubi in acciaio al carbonio dei gradi A53, A106, API 5L.<\/p>\n<p>I getti di acciaio ASTM A216 devono essere trattati termicamente e possono essere fabbricati in condizioni ricotte, normalizzate o normalizzate e temperate. L&#039;acciaio dovr\u00e0 essere conforme ai requisiti chimici e meccanici stabiliti dalla specifica.<span id=\"more-223\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Valvole in acciaio inossidabile ASTM A351,
